Abstract
The study aim to this research was to figure out what role regulatory cytokines that are a play in patients. suffer from acute tonsillitis disease.to analyses the level of production of cytokine Interleukiny17j andjtransformingjgrowthjfactorjbetaj1 (IL17A and TGF β1 )and c-reactive protein .This study included collected about 92 blood sample from the patients who were the suffering from acute tonsillitis disease and ten (10)control for both genera male and female with age the ranging from the 1-60 years admitted in Al_ Hillah teaching the hospital and the hospital Babylon for birth and children during the a period from November 2017 Marchyy2018 This study included studying of some immunological parameter such as Interleukiny17j(IL-17)andjtransformingjgrowthjfactorjbetaj1(TGF-β)andj CRP The CRP –latex particles are coated with antibodies to human CRP. The CRP latex reagent has been standardized to detect serum CRP level at or above 6 mg/L which is considered the lowest concentration of clinical significance When the latex suspension was mixed with serum containing elevated. The results of CRP in this study show that 37 sample was positive for CRP test and the titer of CRP was higher than normal range CRP titer >5CRP increases when there is inflammation throughout the body . results of CRP test in this study show that’s 38 sample were show positive to these test titer of this test >5 The concentration level of the IL-17jand TGF_βk (systemic )were determined by Enzyme Linked Immune sorbent Assay (Elisa)method . The concentration level of IL-17systemic molecule with mean value (746.40)pg./ml respectively while the control group with mean value (659.76)pg./ml. The concentration level of TGF_β systemic with the mean value is (63.2942)pg./ml respectively while the control group with the mean value (54.6214)pg./ml .
