Abstract
The most prevalent kind of odontogenic tumors are odontoma, that results from the growth of completely differentiated epithelial and mesenchymal components giving rise to ameloblasts and odontoblasts. They are of two types: compound and complex odontoma. Numerous ideas or etiological factors have been proposed to explain their existence. As they are usually asymptomatic, hence incidentally diagnosed on routine radiographic findings. The management depends upon the diagnosis, location and effect on adjacent structures. Present article reports case series of three children presented with impacted odontome.

Key words: Compound odontoma, Complex odontoma, odontogenic tumors, developmental anomalies, ameloblasts, odontoblasts.
